About the Product

Milk Thistle Complex is a liver function stimulant, helps with detoxification and gallstones and contains the herbs artichoke, milk thistle, dandelion, boldo and peppermint. The active ingredient in milk thistle, silymarin, acts as an antioxidant by reducing free radical production.

Milk Thistle Complex has some protective effect on the liver, preventing damage and may help with treatment of cirrhosis, hepatitis and alcohol damage. Some studies have shown some decrease of blood sugar levels and some improvement in cholesterol in people with Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease.

Directions for Use

Adults: 1 tablet twice daily, with a little water with a maintenance dose of 1 tablet daily. Avoid during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.

Children: This product is not recommended for children.
